Leigh trained at the University of KZ Natal, Phenduka Dance Theatre, Circus Space, Told by an Idiot and StoneCrabs Theatre. Theatre credits include: 'Meaning of LOL', 'Faust is Dead', 'Three Nights', 'Rainshark', 'De Sade's Tree' and 'Electra'. Choreographic credits include: 'The Libertine', 'World Goes Round' and 'Blissfully Minding Madness' . She employs modes such as physical risk taking, heightened movement, the alternative use of the body in space and complicity between performers and audience. Leigh aims to present boundary-breaking and cutting edge work to people form all walks of life.
